VOC / Odour Scrubbing Liquid

Water and alkaline solution is often used in gas scrubber as scrubbing liquid. However, it is not properly remove some water insoluble organic chemicals. For MMA, Benzene, Xylene, Toluene, Styrene, ACN, TCE, EDC, etc.), water and alkaline solution do not work efficiently. GTW 222 is specially designed and used for the scrubbing of those VOC from off gas emitted during chemical filling in jetty, tank farm, truck loading and drum filling area.

 

GTW 222 is the mixture of special oil trapping chemicals and nano materials, which can combine organic chemical to form water soluble compounds. Before scrubbing, just dilute GTW 222 with water solution as per the ratio from 1:1000 to 1:3000, depends on the concentration of that insoluble VOC.
